Qualifications for Supply Chain Manager:

- Prior experience leading or managing supply chain or purchasing teams
- ERP system experience strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

CNC Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Solid understanding of CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, ladder logic, and technical manuals
- Working knowledge of PLC systems and CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens preferred)
- Proficiency with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment
- Basic welding and fabrication skills
- Experience with precision measuring tools and machine alignment
- Familiarity with CNC programming concepts (M-Code knowledge a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- High school diploma or GED required

- 3-5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably supporting CNC equipment

Back End Quality Specialist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Tend to one or more automatic sheet stackers, monitor sheet flow, and manage loads, ensuring stacks are stable and properly aligned.
- Manually remove decorated sheets from the oven conveyor when needed and place inspected sheets on conveyor platforms.
- Monitor sheet flow from the press to prevent misalignment, jams, double sheets, or damage.
- Change loads as required and place empty skids into the re-stacker.
- Ensure stacks are properly aligned, stable, and prepared for transport.
- Operate load turners, strapping machines, and follow appropriate glove protection and safety protocols.
- Monitor and adjust oven settings (temperature, airflow, conveyor speed) as directed to maintain proper 
curing.
- Inspect sheets exiting the oven for proper drying, coating adhesion, and surface quality.
- Clear jams or misfeeds at the oven exit and restart equipment safely.
- Complete routine cleaning of oven and back-end components to prevent contamination.
- Perform basic visual quality checks for: Dirt, defects, or coating drips; Print misregistration; Color variation or shading inconsistencies; Surface irregularities or scratches. 

Back End Quality Specialist Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience performing quality checks, inspections, or verification to standards preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, printing, or production environment is crucial.
- Physically able to stand for shift, reach, bend, twist. Regularly carry or move 30 lbs., semi-regularly carry or move 60 lbs., in a safe manner.  Work in a physical, fast paced role. 
- Scheduled overtime is required.

- Operate and set up packaging line machinery including tapers, cutters, labelers, and scales.
- Load machines, apply labels, and assist in bagging and scaling products.
- Box and palletize finished products according to safety and quality standards.
- Perform cutting tasks using small paring knives as needed.
- Conduct sanitation duties, including cleaning and chemical handling, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Report unsafe conditions or practices to plant management.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with the use of powered pallet lift trucks when applicable.

Packaging Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, and squatting throughout shifts.
- Capable of frequently lifting up to 40 lbs. and working on knees or ladders for inspections and cleaning.
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and wearing PPE such as aprons, bump caps, chemical-resistant gloves, rubber boots, ear plugs, face shields, and safety glasses.
- Must be able to work on-site in a wet, sometimes cool and noisy environment.

Warehouse Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- General cleaning and housekeeping, every material and product will have a home
- Utilize forklift (once certified by company) to move products throughout facility and outside yard
- Use plasma cutter (once trained) to cut down old racks and structures throughout plant
- Dispose of any old materials, waste, or debris 
- Clean, degrease walls - must be comfortable working at heights
- Painting (using brush, roller, sprayer)
- Paint or apply tape to floors to designate certain areas for walking or storage
- Utilize hand and power tools to assemble new racks
- Organize parts and materials in the plant and sometimes out in the yard, creating labels
- Maintain outside yard, clean up debris from materials
- Utilize overhead crane (once trained by company) to move materials

Warehouse Assistant Requirements:
- Painting skills/experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Experience with small hand and power tools required
- Ability to change direction and tasks throughout shift required
- Ability to walk or stand the majority of a 10-hour shift 
- Good math skills required
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
