<strong>Machine Operator Responsibilities:</strong><br>
- Operate and monitor dairy dryer systems (spray dryers or similar) used for milk powder, whey powder, or dairy ingredient production<br>
- Operate and maintain continuous flowing process lines, including pumps, valves, pasteurizers, separators, and transfer systems<br>
- Monitor flow rates, temperatures, pressures, and product consistency to maintain specification standards<br>
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor mechanical adjustments on processing equipment<br>
- Maintain compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP, and all dairy food safety regulations<br>
- Complete accurate production logs, batch records, and sanitation documentation<br>
- Operate box erecting, case sealing, labeling, and palletizing equipment for finished dairy products<br>
- Perform sanitation and CIP (Clean-In-Place) procedures on dryers, tanks, pipelines, and processing lines<br>
<br>
<strong>Requirements for Machine Operator:</strong><br>
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred<br>
- Experience operating spray dryers and continuous dairy process systems strongly preferred<br>
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus<br>
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in dairy processing equipment<br>
- Understanding of pumps, valves, temperature controls, pressure systems, and automated controls<br>
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards in dairy manufacturing<br>
- Proficient math skills for batch calculations, yields, and production adjustments<br>
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills<br>
- Dependable, self-motivated, and flexible with overtime and weekend work<br>
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting<br>
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally<br>

- Inspect cheese and packaging material for mold, dirt, or foreign substances, ensuring product quality<br />
- Maintain an accurate count of cracked wheels and complete required documentation for damaged products<br />

- Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, and products to ensure conformance to requirements<br />
- Test samples of materials or products to ensure compliance with specifications, using test equipment<br />
- Start machines to mix or blend ingredients; then allow them to mix for specified times<br />
- Observe production and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation<br />
- Collect samples of materials or products for laboratory testing<br />
- Transfer materials, supplies, and products between work areas, using moving equipment and hand tools<br />
- Accurate and timely completion of documentation including Systems Applications and Products (SAP)<br />
- Clean and maintain equipment, using hand tools<br />
- Perform data entry of weights, downtime accumulation, SAP, Quality checks etc<br />
- Perform mechanical on-line adjustments and calibration of equipment, including changeovers and assist in troubleshooting and problem diagnosis<br />
- Responsible for staging and back staging materials in SAP<br />
- Perform Sanitation of equipment including cleaner strength testing<br />
- Comply with company policies, General Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Rules<br />
- Familiar with Quality programs as outlined in quality risk management process (QRMP) such as GMPâs, Traceability, Hazard Analysis Critical Control<br />
- Points (HACCP), Allergens, critical control point (CCP), hold process and verifying raw ingredients<br />

Reliable Blender Operator with experience in mixing materials, monitoring equipment, and ensuring product quality through accurate measuring and inspections. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to adjust equipment, perform changeovers, and maintain GMP and safety standards. Dependable in fast-paced environments with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and clean operations.<br />
<br />
<strong>Blender Operator Responsibilities:</strong><br />
- Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, and products to ensure conformance to requirements<br />
- Test samples of materials or products to ensure compliance with specifications, using test equipment<br />
- Start machines to mix or blend ingredients; then allow them to mix for specified times<br />
- Observe production and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation<br />
- Collect samples of materials or products for laboratory testing<br />
- Transfer materials, supplies, and products between work areas, using moving equipment and hand tools<br />
- Accurate and timely completion of documentation including Systems Applications and Products (SAP)<br />
- Clean and maintain equipment, using hand tools<br />
- Perform data entry of weights, downtime accumulation, SAP, Quality checks etc<br />
- Perform mechanical on-line adjustments and calibration of equipment, including changeovers and assist in troubleshooting and problem diagnosis<br />
- Responsible for staging and back staging materials in SAP<br />
- Perform Sanitation of equipment including cleaner strength testing<br />
- Comply with company policies, General Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Rules<br />
- Familiar with Quality programs as outlined in quality risk management process (QRMP) such as GMPâs, Traceability, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Allergens, critical control point (CCP), hold process and verifying raw ingredients<br />
- Performs all applicable HACCP and Quality Guidelines<br />
- Observes all Safety, Environmental Regulations, Accident Prevention Procedures, Food Safety Procedure and GMPâs<br />
- When proficient train other employees<br />

<strong>Requirements For Blender Operator:</strong><br />
- Must be able to do basic math, communicate effectively, read, and write proficiently<br />
- Mechanical aptitude is helpful<br />
- Must complete the following training requirements/evaluations (30-60-90-120 Reviews): Lockout/Tagout, Certified Training and other training courses as required<br />
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited direct supervision<br />

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, utility systems, and facility infrastructure<br>
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and related equipment issues<br>
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and unplanned downtime in a timely manner<br>
- Inspect equipment, identify problems, and complete or recommend appropriate corrective actions<br>
