<br>
<strong>Qualifications for Project Engineer:</strong><br>
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering or related field OR a minimum of 5 years of Project Engineering experience<br>
- Experience in stamping, fabrication or related manufacturing environments preferred<br>
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications<br>
- Working knowledge of Gantt charts and project management tools<br>
- Ability to read blueprints; familiarity with GD&T preferred<br>
- Exposure to 3D CAD systems (SolidWorks preferred) is helpful but not required<br>
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously<br>
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br>
- Familiarity with APQP preferred; required to develop working knowledge within 6 months<br>
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 35lbs<br>

<strong>HR Generalist / Accounting Specialist</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>
- Manage full cycle recruitment process<br>
- Conduct new hire orientation and keep current the employee handbook<br>
- Administer employee benefits<br>
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll<br>
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices<br>

- 5+ years of work experience with human resources duties. AP and AR experience preferred.<br>
- Associate or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field a plus<br>
- Knowledge of accounting principles and employment laws<br>
- Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration<br>
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office<br>
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br>

- Assemble sandwiches, salads, entrees and desserts<br>

As a Construction Electrician, you will play a crucial role in all electrical work related to our manufacturing processes. This includes bending conduit, pulling wire, working with control circuitry, and interpreting electrical blueprints. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in commercial and industrial construction electrical work, exhibiting precision, efficiency, and a commitment to safety at all times.<br>
<br>
<strong>Maintenance Electrician Responsibilities:</strong><br>
- Pull wire and terminate devices such as receptacles, switches, motors and other electrical components<br>
- Work with panel boards, transformers and distribution equipment in accordance with industry standards<br>
- Execute duties typical of a Commercial/Industrial Construction Electrician, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards<br>
- Prioritize and plan work activities effectively, managing time efficiently to meet project objectives<br>
- Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating effectively with colleagues, offering assistance, and responding positively to feedback<br>
- Adhere to safe manufacturing and material handling practices to maintain a secure work environment<br>
- Fulfill additional job duties as assigned by the company, remaining flexible and adaptable to changing needs<br>
<br>
<strong>Requirements for Maintenance Electrician:</strong><br>
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required<br>
- Working knowledge of NEC electrical codes and proficient conduit bending skills<br>
- Experience with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment preferred<br>
- State journeymen or Masters license is a plus<br>
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work preferred<br>
- Medium voltage and electronics experience is advantageous.<br>
- Experience with fabrication or machining is desirable<br>
- Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately<br>
- Strong references demonstrating excellent work attendance and a positive attitude<br>
