<strong>Warehouse Responsibilities:</strong><br>
- Move materials to and from production and packaging lines, and in to warehouse storage area, correcting any damages that may occur in the put-away process<br>
- Pick customer orders from picking list utilizing RF scanners<br>
- Stack pallets using best practices to maximizing space and stability, while minimizing potential damages<br>
- Stage orders in advance of customer arrival for loading<br>
- Load trucks according to shipping schedule, and in a manner that maximizes trailer capacity and stability, and minimizes in-transit damages<br>
- Operate material handling equipment (stand-up forklift, sit-down forklift, reach truck, pallet jacks, etc. training provided by Fromm)<br>
- Complete documentation (pick lists, bill of ladings, receiving documents)<br>
<br>
<strong>Requirements for Warehouse:</strong><br>
- Able to lift up to 50lbs on a continuous basis, from floor level to top of pallet (up to 84&rdquo;)<br>
- Able to perform repetitive motions for assigned tasks<br>
- Able to climb ladders and stairs.<br>
- Able to work at elevated levels if required<br>
- Able to work in various temperatures including extreme heat, humidity and cold<br>
- Able to work in environment containing dust and potential allergens and smells<br>
- Able to perform basic visual requirements, read small print and differentiate colors<br>
- Excellent depth perception and judgement of distance, combined with hand-eye coordination<br>
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)<br>

- Prepare and assist with international shipping documentation.<br />

- Learn and utilize shipping and receiving processes and procedures.<br />
- Answer shipping and receiving related phone inquiries.<br />
- Process UPS shipments and related documentation.<br />
- Utilize and maintain barcode systems.<br />
- Coordinate customer return requests and complaint follow-up activities.<br />
- Perform cycle counting and investigate inventory discrepancies.<br />
- Identify and implement process improvements within shipping and receiving operations.<br />
- Process incoming shipments according to established procedures.<br />
- Conduct weekly pallet inventories.<br />
- Support purchasing efforts to ensure timely material deliveries.<br />
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.<br />
- Assist with delivering raw materials to production lines.<br />
- Support the Material Flow Coordinator and logistics team as needed.<br />
- Assist with physical inventory activities.<br />
<br />
<strong>Requirements for Shipping Clerk:</strong><br />
- High school diploma or GED required.<br />
- Previous shipping experience preferred.<br />
- Forklift operating experience preferred.<br />
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.<br />
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret shipping reports and regulatory documents.<br />
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, regulatory agencies, and management.<br />
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and averaging.<br />
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<br />
- Valid driver's license required.<br />
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.<br />

- Mark identifying data on workpieces<br>
- Hand-form, cut, or finish workpieces, using tools such as table saws, hand sledges, or anvils<br>

<strong>Requirements for Brake Press:</strong><br>
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br>
- Strong metal press forming and basic fabrication background<br>
- Competent at basic dimensional measuring and able to quickly learn the use of precision measurement tools<br>
- Demonstrated competency in basic shop math<br>
- Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids<br>
- Ability to work with various types of metal forming constraints with guidance<br>
- Previous experience with overhead crane use is desired<br>
