Launch your manufacturing career with a hands-on, entry-level role where you will build and test high-quality hydraulic cylinders. We provide complete training on equipment operation and safety protocols, requiring only your strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire located in Hampton, IA. 

Assembly Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Properly cleaning the outside of the CNC Machine with soap, water, and bleach
- Assembles hydraulic cylinders to blueprint specifications for all product lines.
- Following specific instructions for the testing of cylinders in all product lines.
- Ability to read precision measuring equipment.
- Maintaining all equipment and products utilized to ensure proper application.
- Operates electric hoist or forklift to assist in loading or moving materials and products. (after company training).
- Ensuring all proper PPE and safety guidelines are being followed.

Assembly Requirements:
- Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs.
- Ability to bend, twist, stand, or kneel throughout an 8–10-hour shift.
- Ability to communicate with team members by reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time.

- Assemble small plastic parts making different types of air fresheners and scent canisters
- Package the parts into boxes, label, and palletize them according to shipping requirements
- Build boxes and use box cutter to open the product boxes
- Attach vent clips to air fresheners
- Use hand tools and presses to assemble the product
- Sort plastic parts from scraps by placing them in separate bins
- Load, operate and maintain production machinery after proper training
- Uphold clean and safe work environment through routine checks and enforcement of safety standards

Assembly Requirements:
- Proven work history with several years of solid employment; resume should detail relevant experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment with excellent attendance
- Accurate counting and reading skills
- Previous assembly experience preferred but not required
- Able to perform repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, twisting, and lifting up to 40 pounds during shifts
- Physical demands include prolonged sitting or standing for 8-10 hour shifts

This is a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire located in Britt, IA.

Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Carefully transfer eggs from paper flats to plastic flats, preventing cracking or breakage.
- Inspect eggs for damage or quality issues during handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure food safety standards.
- Stack and organize filled plastic flats for transport or storage.
- Follow sanitation and biosecurity procedures meticulously.
- Work efficiently to meet production quotas while minimizing waste.
- Stand for 8–12-hour shifts, with repetitive reaching, bending, and lifting tasks.
- Repeatedly lift weights between 20-45 pounds, and perform motions involving shoulders and wrists, such as gripping, reaching, and squeezing.
- Work in temperatures of 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit for prolonged periods.

Production Requirements:
- Proven track record of several years of solid work history; please detail experience on your resume.
- Previous experience in food production is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, repetitive environment, maintaining focus and reliability.
- Comfortable with physical demands, including standing long hours and lifting up to 45 pounds.
