- Communicate with suppliers to obtain required certifications, specifications, and quality documentation while maintaining accurate records<br />
- Generate reports, track quality metrics, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, trending, and reporting functions<br />
- Assist with maintaining data within ERP and Quality Management Systems (QMS)<br />
- Monitor documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements<br />
- Conduct routine walks through the production facility to identify potential food safety or quality concerns and initiate work orders or corrective actions when necessary<br />
- Assist with internal audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives<br />
- Support the Quality Assurance team with investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects<br />
- Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment<br />
- Collaborate with production, operations, and other departments to promote a culture of quality and food safety<br />
<br />
<strong>QA Administrator Requirements:</strong><br />
- Ability to work in both an office and food manufacturing environment<br />
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and computer use throughout the workday<br />
- Ability to walk production areas and manufacturing floors for inspections and quality observations<br />
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds<br />
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in production areas<br />

- Create detailed fabrication drawings for production using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software<br />
- Utilize Autodesk Inventor (minimum 2 years of experience required) to design and model parts and assemblies<br />
- Interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and customer requirements<br />
- Prepare accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for projects<br />
- Collaborate closely with shop and production teams to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable<br />
- Review and revise drawings as needed to address fabrication challenges or improve efficiency<br />
- Communicate with customers and vendors to clarify design details, specifications, and pricing<br />
- Support seamless project handoff from estimating to production<br />
- Identify potential design or production issues early and propose effective solutions<br />
<br />
<strong>Draftman Requirements:</strong><br />
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD software<br />
- Experience in metal fabrication, machining, or manufacturing environments<br />
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (Inventor, AutoCAD, or equivalent)<br />
- Solid understanding of materials, labor, and fabrication processes<br />
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications<br />
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills<br />
- Effective communication skills for working with internal teams, customers, and vendors<br />
- Goes beyond drafting with understanding of how parts are actually built<br />
- Ability to identify and resolve issues before they reach production<br />

<u>Tool Depot</u><br />
- Support research and development of safe work tools and equipment<br />
- Provide planning, logistics, processes, and communication efforts to support Operational Objectives<br />
- Develop job specific tool lists and understand the cost associated with them<br />
- Develop internal and external material logistic plans<br />
- Develop and oversee execution of tool, material and equipment loads to job site<br />
- Communicate tools and equipment deficiencies and gather data to support capital purchase to support the business<br />
- Lead field crews through tool repair, maintenance, tagging and reporting<br />
- Develop and enforce tools and equipment treatment and accountability to the field crews<br />
- Analyze buy lists with tool depot to develop alternative methods when capacity is driving costs on buy lists<br />
<u>Safety</u><br />
- Directly integrated into the Adaptive Safety Program and responsible for teaching, enforcement, and discipline<br />
- Review site conditions prior to mobilization to develop a safe work plan and communicate to the site crews (confined space, fire/hole watch, elevated work)<br />
- Assist in all safety related incidents, accidents, root cause, near miss, discipline or otherwise safety reporting&nbsp;<br />
- Collaborate with Safety Manager and/or Safety Consultants to provide safe works solutions for new or undefined conditions; support Safety Manager with corrective measures to Safety Objectives<br />
- Ensure all employees have current and appropriate training for operations they intend to perform<br />
- Be an objective and decisive stakeholder in all aspects of safe work, corrective measures, discipline, and workplace culture<br />
<u>Operations&nbsp;</u><br />
- Develop both short- and long-term project specific schedules<br />
- Develop project specific means/methods, sequence of erection, lift plans and shipping plans<br />
- Develop project specific labor breakdowns for performance reporting<br />
- Organize and maintain appropriate weld procedures and ensure their crew has the relative welder certifications for the specific job<br />
- Organize appropriate code paperwork, travelers and arrange for inspections for ASME code work<br />
- Dispatch field crews that have the skills to meet the project scope, schedule and estimate<br />
- Teach, mentor and train field supervisors to ensure they have the skills and abilities to be successful<br />
- Direct authority over the field supervisors and their crew; daily calls to stay aligned with progress, schedule, quality and troubleshooting are expected<br />
- Indirect authority over field engineers as assigned by job; have a rapport with Field Engineers to work as a team with field crews<br />
- Support QA/QC in developing, executing quality plans and testing plans for field projects<br />
- Develop and organize Job Site Layouts & Execution Plans<br />
- Collaborate with Project Management to justify an amended plan with an internal change order<br />
- Work with and carry out Project Management directives related to scope, schedule and costs<br />
- Communicate to both Director & Project Management regarding, safety, progress, critical lifts, customer impacts, subcontractor impacts or otherwise complex issues at the job site<br />
- Site visits as needed to kick-off projects, final completion, critical lifts, behavior, performance, schedule or safety events to ensure a project and crew success<br />
- Engage with and support other departments (procurement, engineering, accounting, payroll) to support project and company objectives<br />
- Provide communications through meeting notes, reminders, calendars to maintain operational objectives and efficiencies<br />
- Proactive and critical thinking to avoid operational impacts; study, analyze and âplay outâ operational milestones to predict operational challenges; inform the team to collaborate and overcome<br />
<u>Engineering</u><br />
- Understand the exposure to engineering changes and modifications executed in the field; work with ADAPTIVE Engineering or 3rd parties to formally resolve to mitigate risk<br />
- Be proactive and diligent to engage Engineering to support the success of projects<br />
<u>Business/Management</u><br />
- Participate in GGOB weekly huddles and present information as assigned<br />
- Collaborate with Project Managers (monthly) on Job Analysis Process for P&L Management<br />
- Participate in business planning efforts as it relates to the safety program, tools, equipment<br />
- Enforce and discipline company policies and procedures<br />
- Travel with short notice, short term â approximately 0-40%<br />
