<strong>Linen Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong><br>
- Load and unload laundry items from washers, dryers, carts, and conveyor systems.<br>
- Feed clean laundry into flatwork iron press machines and finishing equipment.<br>
- Operate flatwork iron pressing machines, air finishers, shirt finishers, and related laundry equipment safely and efficiently.<br>
- Spray carts with disinfectant and wipe down carts and work areas to maintain sanitation standards.<br>
- Shake out linens and materials to remove wrinkles and creases before processing.<br>
- Position linens and flatwork items properly onto feeder ribbons or conveyors for machine processing.<br>
- Smooth and guide linens by hand during ironing and finishing processes to prevent folds and wrinkles.<br>
- Fold flatwork and finished laundry items and place products into baskets, carts, or conveyor systems.<br>
- Finish shirts and garments using presses including sleeve, collar-cuff, and body press equipment as required.<br>
- Process perm-press articles through steam conditioning equipment to remove wrinkles and set finishes.<br>
- Inspect finished linens and garments for quality, cleanliness, and damage.<br>
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.<br>
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines.<br>
<br>
<strong>Linen Assistant Requirements:</strong><br>
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.<br>
- Previous laundry, housekeeping, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required.<br>
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.<br>
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds.<br>
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.<br>
- Ability to work in hot and humid environments.<br>

- Inspect plastic products coming off the conveyor line to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met<br>
- Identify and remove defective, damaged, or non-conforming products<br>
- Perform secondary finishing operations such as trimming excess plastic using hand tools including box knives or trimming tools<br>
- Count products accurately according to packing lists, work orders, or customer specifications<br>
- Assemble products and components including handles, wheels, lids, or other accessories as required<br>
- Build, prepare, and label boxes and packaging materials for shipment or storage<br>
- Package products according to company procedures and customer requirements, including sorting, labeling, boxing, shrink wrapping, and assembling multi-packs<br>

<strong>Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong><br />
- Operate machines to produce products<br />
- Inspect product for flaws<br />

- Grind runner and scrap parts<br />
- Assist in any necessary operation in the plastics department, trimming excess plastic with box knife<br />
- Package finished product and complete custom/private label assembly and packaging, which could include assembling multi-packs, capping, shrink wrapping, labeling, boxing, and sorting<br />
- Keep work area clean<br />

- Ability to work, stand, sit, kneel, or squat for up to 8 hours daily<br />

<strong>Production Responsibilities:</strong><br>
- Operate blending and conveying equipment including airlocks, vacuum systems, dust collectors, sifters, and blenders<br>
- Control air pressures and process settings to follow process instructions<br>
- Verify raw materials delivered to the line against batch sheets and add ingredients to the process system as directed<br>
- Maintain batch integrity throughout the full production cycle and manage all work-in-progress materials according to procedures<br>
- Clean and sanitize the blending system according to established guidelines, completing all required documentation<br>
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) throughout production<br>
- Adhere to instructions provided by Allied Blending LP management<br>
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area following sanitation practices throughout the shift and at shift end<br>
- Properly weigh, label, and pack Allied Blending LP products<br>
- Check scales consistently using known weights to ensure accuracy<br>
- Maintain product integrity during the pack-out process by following GMPs<br>
- Record accurate product tallies on batch sheets<br>
- Sample product during pack-out as instructed by the QA department, following all GMPs<br>

- High School Diploma or GED<br>

- Program or assist with programming CNC machines to produce parts to required dimensions and specifications.<br>
- Read and interpret dimensional drawings, shop drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.<br>
- Use measuring tools including calipers, tape measures, and gauges to verify product dimensions and quality standards.<br>
- Operate secondary equipment as needed to complete the forming and finishing process of manufactured parts.<br>
- Work closely with quality personnel to verify parts meet specifications and customer requirements.<br>
- Monitor machine operation and identify quality concerns, tooling issues, or production problems.<br>
- Complete production paperwork and required documentation accurately.<br>
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with company safety standards.<br>
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines.<br>

<strong>CNC Machine Setup Trainee Requirements:</strong><br>
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.<br>
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, or industrial experience preferred.<br>
- Ability to read calipers, tape measures, and shop drawings accurately.<br>
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.<br>
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.<br>
- Ability to take directions, apply feedback, and learn new processes quickly.<br>
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability preferred.<br>
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.<br>
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.<br>
- Ability to work overtime or assigned shifts as needed.<br>
- Previous CNC machine experience or technical training preferred but not required.<br>
- Familiarity with measuring tools, blueprints, or dimensional drawings beneficial.<br>
- Experience with tooling changes, wire forming, or secondary manufacturing operations is a plus.<br>
- Basic computer or machine programming knowledge preferred.<br>
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.<br>
- Ability to maintain accuracy and quality while working efficiently.<br>
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.<br>
- Ability to multitask and prioritize production responsibilities.<br>
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.<br>

- Ability to learn CNC setup, tooling, and programming processes.<br>
- Must be able to lift 10â15 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.<br>
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.<br>
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for grasping, pinching, tooling changes, and measuring tasks.<br>
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach occasionally throughout the shift.<br>
- Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments with varying temperatures.<br>
- Visual ability required to read measurements, inspect parts, and review shop drawings accurately.<br>
