Warehouse Production Converter Responsibilities:
- Assemble build of materials, slicing/cutting, perforating, lifting heavy rolls of vinyl, wrapping, tying, and placing materials in boxes or other containers for distribution
- Create labels and hand-apply them to packaged materials
- Wrap skids of materials for the logistics center, ensuring all materials are accurately identified and ready for distribution
Requirements for Warehouse Production Converter:
- Analytical: Synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects information and performs material testing; uses intuition and experience to complement data; follows and improves the current design of workflows and procedures.
- Design: Generates creative solutions; Translates concepts and information into images; Uses feedback to modify designs; Applies design principles; Demonstrates attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Identifies and resolves problems promptly; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem-solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
- Project Management: Ability to coordinate projects; Communicate changes and progress; Complete projects on time; work harmoniously on project team activities.
- Technical Skills: Assesses strengths and weaknesses; Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to build knowledge and skills continuously; Shares skills and expertise with others.
- Customer Service: Manages difficult situations; responds promptly to the department's needs; improves services; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
