We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our paint and graphics departments. This hands-on role involves preparing parts for the next steps in the finishing process and assisting in various production areas as needed.
Prepper Responsibilities:
- Wash prepped parts in preparation for paint or graphics application
- Hand scuff raw parts to prepare surfaces for paint
- Hand scuff painted parts to prep for additional paint or graphics
- Train with painters on setting up parts in the paint booths
- Assist in multiple departments as needed (floating role)
Requirements For Prepper:
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required
