Job Description
Position Title: Warehouse Associate
Wage: $15.00 per hourÂ
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm (Mon-Fri)Â

This 1st shift position offers a consistent daytime schedule and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment supporting daily operations. Responsibilities may include loading and unloading product, preparing orders for shipment, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read and follow work order instructions to complete assigned tasks.
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
- Locate inventory using computer systems.
- Follow work orders to ensure correct quantity, quality, and packaging per customer specifications.
- Load packaged goods onto freight trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks after proper training and certification.
- Receive supervision and guidance regarding specific customer product requests.
- Conduct routine quality checks of finished product according to instructions.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team.
Warehouse Associate Requirements:
- Must have at least 1-2 years of prior forklift experience.
- Heavy and frequent grasping, pushing, and pulling required.
- Ability to work in environments with hot/cold temperatures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in shipping and receiving, including forklift use, preferred.
