Utility Responsibilities:
- Inspect the print quality of the pens coming off printing machines, If imprint does not meet accepted standards, must report issue to printers
- Pack product in a variety of containers, such as boxes, bags, packets and display boards
- Prepare packed orders for shipping
- Wipe and clean pens prior to production
- Operate semi-automatic bagging machine
- Feed and unload pens in laser machine
- Mix inks according to formulas to achieve desired PMS Color
- Assist in screen room with making and cleaning screens
- Maintain clean work environment
- Follow safety standards and policies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements For Utility:
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to frequently reach, push, and pull up to 30 lbs
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in screen printing preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
