Tube Bender Responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust, and operate manual and CNC controlled tube and pipe bending machines
- Determine layout bend lines
- Work from drawings, patterns, templates, and specifications
Requirements for Tube Bender:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in tube and pipe bending
- Experience operating overhead crane and forklift
- Skill required programming CNC
- Basic math and some trigonometry
- Able to read blueprints and use common measuring instruments as used in tube and pipe bending
