Position Title: Standard Products Assembler
Wage: $19.75-21.50/hour
Shift: 2nd and 3rd
Hours: 02:00 pm - 10:00 pm, 10:00 pm - 06:00 am

Standard Products Assembler Responsibilities:
- Set up winding machinery for operation.
- Assemble units according to three-view drawings or blueprints using coils, bobbins, cores, brackets, terminals, bolts, washers, nuts, insulation, magnetic laminations, enclosures, etc. using hand and power hand tools. Tape units, as necessary.
- Load and change spools of wire and coils
- Test assembled units and verify units meet all electrical and mechanical specifications.
- Weld and solder copper and steel. Hand solder wire to terminals.
- Assemble core legs.
- Label products as appropriate.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and Expectations.
- Computer keyboard entry of all necessary production data.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for Standard Products Assembler:
- 2 years of steady work experience is preferred.
- Welding and soldering experience is a plus.
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Must be able to read and correctly interpret measurements using tape measures in English units of measure.
- Have a good grasp of computer software.
