QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity for a Stamping position at a company in Monroe, WI. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.
Stamping Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate a press: start up machine, feed coil into straightener, and through feed.
- Visually inspect products for defects.
- Wipe down parts.
- Read work instruction forms: temp., skid type, measurements.
- Stack parts on skids.
- Keep the press area clean.
- Using caliper and micrometers to check measurements, keeping accurate record.
Stamping Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and twist for up to 8 hours.
- Repetitive hand movements.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions: both written and verbal.
- Hand dexterity.
- Good attendance.
