Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure operational efficiency
- Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment, including conveyors, motors, pumps, and other manufacturing machinery
- Conduct precision measuring and adjustments to maintain equipment within specified tolerances
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and components in compliance with safety standards
- Perform carpentry and drywall repairs as needed to maintain facility infrastructure
- Climb ladders and access elevated areas safely to perform maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report on equipment status and repair activities
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements for Maintenance:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in mechanical repair and maintenance within a manufacturing setting
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor
- Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields
- Experience with precision measuring tools and techniques
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
