Position Title: Maintenance Technician
Wage: $30.00 - $35.00/hour

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on time and monitor results
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and determine parts and repairs needed
- Communicate all problems, repairs, solutions and recommendations to Maintenance Manager, Supervisors, Coordinators, and affected employees
- Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic and troubleshooting
- Install and align new equipment or move old equipment when needed
- Work as a team with other Maintenance Technicians to accomplish workload
- Look up components and parts in electrical/mechanical manuals
- Maintain and improve knowledge of equipment and machinery
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
- Associate’s degree or Valid Journeyman card as a Maintenance Mechanic preferred
- 3-5 years of previous experience in plant maintenance or machine repair; pneumatic, electrical, mechanical or industrial skills
- Advanced knowledge of electronic components, PLC controls, ACDC drives and motors, servo drives and motors, and sensors preferred
- Basic computer skills, Email and CMMS software
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Ability to read a tape measure preferred
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented, organized, and works with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
