Lead and deliver hands-on training to installers, reinforcing proper techniques and best practices.
Inspect installation work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Verify project documentation and task records for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure teams are using the most current installation standards, procedures, and specifications.
Audits, Compliance & Reporting
Conduct internal audits to confirm compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
Identify quality trends, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Create and distribute clear, timely QA/QC reports to project leadership and stakeholders.
Support corrective action plans to address quality or compliance issues.
Operations & Continuous Improvement
Support scheduling and workforce planning through quality assurance insights and feedback.
Partner with project managers and field leadership to improve execution and outcomes.
Help drive a culture of quality, accountability, continuous improvement, and safety across all job sites.
Requirements:
7–10 years of experience managing structured cabling and low voltage projects with a strong focus on quality and performance.
In-depth knowledge of low voltage cabling systems, infrastructure, and installation standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and influence field teams.
Hands-on leadership style with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
