Responsibilities:Â
Install, terminate, test and service structured cabling
Experience terminating, splicing and testing fiber optic cabling
Install, troubleshoot and service paging systems,
Install, troubleshoot, service, and program/commission security and access control devicesÂ
Install door hardware (mag locks, electric strikes, etc.)Â
Install, service, and troubleshoot CCTV systemsÂ
Read and interpret low voltage blueprintsÂ
Work safely on ladders/lifts (comfortable with heights)Â
Support additional low voltage systems as needed at commercial and industrial sites (schools, hospitals, offices, warehouses, etc.)Â
Requirements:Â
3+ years of commercial installation and service experienceÂ
Working knowledge of telecom and data networksÂ
Programming experience in access control and CCTV a plusÂ
Manufacturer certifications, BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plusÂ
Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)Â
Willingness to travel to job sites within Texas Region as neededÂ
