Position Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Wage: $19-$20/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a company in Mukwonago, WI. This is an associate to hire role.
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive, unpack, verify, and accurately record incoming materials and merchandise
- Prepare customer parts for production according to order specifications
- Organize daily tasks to ensure an efficient and smooth workflow
- Pack, protect, and count parts for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Prepare and process shipments for LTL carriers, UPS, and FedEx
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Requirements:
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics
- Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Preferred experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping software
- Preferred forklift experience or certification is a plus
- Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Preferred familiarity with preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs)
