As a Shipping Associate I, you'll play a vital role in making sure customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Shipping Associate Responsibilities:
- Receive valves from the assembly area with accuracy Â
- Gather and verify materials for Manifold Assembly based on the Bill of Materials (BOM) Â
- Match Manufacturing Orders (MOs) for kit orders Â
- Assemble shipping boxes and prep materials for packing Â
- Monitor packing processes for accuracy and timely delivery Â
- Coordinate and prepare shipping documents Â
- Ensure products are properly packed and organized according to verbal and written instructions Â
- Label shipments using appropriate tools and methods Â
- Record product, packaging, and order information on required forms and systems Â
- Measure, weigh, and count products and materials for shipping Â
- Inspect shipments to ensure packaging specifications are metÂ
- Prepare orders for packersÂ
Requirements For Shipping Associate:
- Minimum of two years of experience in shipping role.Â
- High school diploma or equivalent Â
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy Â
- Basic computer skills Â
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English Â
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and coordinate workflow Â
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, electric banders, skid wrappers) Â
- Forklift certification preferred
