Job Description
Position Title: Sewing Machine Operator
 Wage: $17.00 - $20.00/HourÂ
Shift: 1st Shift
 Hours: 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - FridayÂ

Sewing Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines, including setting up needles, thread, bobbins, and attachments
- Utilize a heat cutter to cut various materials
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure products are made with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, prioritizing safety
- Cut out materials based on prints or patterns across various departments
Requirements For Sewing Machine Operator:
- Mandatory sewing experience—industrial sewing preferred, though hobbyist sewing combined with machine operation experience is acceptable
- A stable work history—at least one year at most previous jobs
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
- Basic math skills, including fraction-to-decimal conversion
- Ability to read a tape measure in feet and inches
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Willingness to learn and train across various areas
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally
