We are seeking a Service Coordinator to provide operational support for our St. Peters facility. The role involves clerical, administrative, and technical responsibilities to help maintain smooth facility operations. Apply now!
Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Handle phone and email correspondence, prepare reports and presentations, maintain departmental files and manage supplies
- Assist in planning events and training schedules
- Manage CF Blower scheduling, maintain parts shortage lists, and work with procurement across multiple plants
- Create shipping documents, update logs, and manage vendor files
- Handle parts orders, assign repair requests, enter warranty claims and develop warranty reports
- Maintain training records and assist with department user support
- Support quality objectives by following procedures and generating quality reports
Requirements for Service Coordinator:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing, sales or service environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
