Position Title: Sequence Processor
Wage: $20-$22/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am-4pm

Sequence Processor Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pick product from assigned location and stage it for sequencing at the table(s) or near the table as needed
- Assemblies will be staged on table from bottom of the pick list to the top
- Assemblies are to be staged and checked at the sequencing line
- Check assembly for scratches or nicks in the paint and do touch ups if necessary
- Check for bent wheels and or improperly seated on wheels
- Perform and verify the valve stem is not leaking air
- Verify the assembly is the correct per the pick ticket
- Verify the assembly is labeled with the part number and properly applied to the rim
- Scan the barcode located on the assembly with the handheld scanner
- Load the product according to the pick list, from the bottom of the page to the top of the page, if the product passes all the verification
- Any non-conformity must be reported to Quality immediately
Lead Sequence Processor Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent
- Walking, standing, and sitting at a computer
- Willing to learn and train
- Must know how to operator a sit down and stand up forklift
