Position Title: Senior Billing Analyst
Wage: $55,000 - $60,000/year
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Senior Billing Analyst Responsibilities:
- Review and monitor daily dashboards, analyze billing notes, and reconcile/process/produce invoices
- Collaborate with and assist the offshore team with billing activities and client invoice distribution
- Adhere to multiple client billing methods, cut-off dates and process requirements
- Analyze bills, reports and accounting ledgers for accuracy, taking corrective measures within billing guidelines and company policies
- Assist with cash flow forecasting by providing inputs related to work in process
- Reconcile and analyze WIP ledger and other balance sheet accounts
- Prepare month-end journal entry accruals and month-end reports as needed
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Respond to client and internal staff inquiries regarding billing, invoices, etc.
- Adhere to related accounting processes
- Update and maintain processes and procedures, always forward-thinking and recommending efficiencies
Requirements for Senior Billing Analyst:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or 5+ years of prior experience in a related field
- Strong organizational skills, problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- A team player who can also work independently with attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards/AS 400 queries preferred
