Position Title: Sanitation Technician
Wage: $19.00/Hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours: 02:30 PM - 12:00 AM Monday – Thursday

Sanitation Technician Responsibilities:
- Responsible for washing machine parts, barrels, and pallets
- Cleaning production and non-production areas, including floors
- Supporting uninterrupted production by performing parts washing and room cleaning
- Washing barrels and pallets, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the plant
- Restocking sanitation supplies throughout the facility
- Completing assigned daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- Ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately
- Removing trash and cardboard
Requirements For Sanitation Technician:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Additional training in sanitation or food safety is preferred
- Prior sanitation experience in a food, pharmaceutical, or dietary supplement manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
- Needs to be reliable, hardworking, and quality-focused, with a positive attitude, strong safety mindset, and keen attention to detail
- Ability to consistently follow strict sanitation protocols is essential
- Requires the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, as well as perform occasional overhead reaching. The frequency of these activities varies based on daily and weekly priorities
- Work environment may be loud at times, and hearing protection is required in designated areas
- Airborne dust or powder may be present; N95 respirators are available for use
- Plant temperatures are generally regulated but may vary depending on the tasks being performed
