Sales and Marketing Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with questions and purchases
- Build relationships and create a positive shopping experience
- Handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain product knowledge to guide and inform customers
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
- Assist with inventory management and other daily store tasks
- Support team members and work collaboratively to achieve store goals
Sales and Marketing Assistant Requirements:
- Genuine interest in helping people and ensuring satisfaction
- Stay motivated and positive in challenging situations
- Handle changing priorities and unexpected tasks
- Remain calm and professional under pressure
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues

- Additional skills / software knowledge: Microsoft Excel required, Microsoft Word required; Canva helpful, MailChimp helpful
- Ability to multitask and wear many hats
