Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close
- Build strong relationships with new and prospective clients
- Develop customized service solutions to meet customer needs
- Conduct on-site evaluations and present service recommendations
 - Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales presentations
- Represent the organization at industry and networking events
Qualifications for Sales Executive:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and passion for winning new business
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required
