Position Title: Residential Frame Assembler
Wage: $18.75/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm
We are seeking a Residential Frame Assembler in Montezuma, IA to build wood frame components for homes using production software and design plans. You will work with labeled parts to construct custom components, ensuring precision and quality. Projects vary in complexity, and all components are custom-made. Apply now!
Residential Frame Assembler Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut building materials accurately
- Assemble framing components according to design plans
- Follow safety standards and company policies
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Requirements for Residential Frame Assembler:
- Ability to read and understand design plans
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Comfortable using hand and power tools (saws, nail guns, staple guns, etc.)
- Knowledge of various types of lumber and building materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
