Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Answering phone
- Hand medical records
- Set/schedule appointments
- Use electronic medical record (EMR)
- Filing information and paperwork
- Use google spreadsheets
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and friendly attitude
Requirements For Receptionist:
- Sit for long periods of time
- Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Repeat the same movements
- occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Prolonged periods working on computers
- Reading and understating English
- Basic understanding of clerical procedure
- Electronic medical record (EMR) not required but a plus
- People skills
