Position Title: Receiving Associate
Wage: $19.50/hour

Receiving Associate Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments to ensure each delivery meets company standards
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to unload and move materials efficiently
- Unload shipments, transport items to designated storage areas, and organize inventory systematically
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials throughout the shift, adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage areas to promote a productive work environment
- Accurately document receipt and processing of shipments, updating inventory records using basic computer systems
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and best practices to ensure a secure workplace
- Communicate effectively with warehouse team members and inventory personnel to coordinate tasks and resolve issues
- Assist with general warehouse duties and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Requirements for Receiving Associate:
- Previous experience in receiving or warehouse operations
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is preferred; certification is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy items regularly throughout the shift comfortably and safely
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
