Position Title: RTE Production Associate
Wage: $17.00/Hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

RTE Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Reports to assigned line at the start of the shift ready to work
- Removes Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products from cooler or warehouse
- Cuts RTE product with cheese slicing machine, de-linker, stick cutter or scissors
- Places RTE product into unit packaging
- May apply stickers by hand to packages
- Places RTE product in a bag, caddy or/or case and puts on pallet
- Moves finished pallet with pallet jack into warehouse
Requirements for RTE Production Associate:
- Stand, walk, reach, bend, 50-100% of shift
- Lift up to 10-25lb occasionally and up to 50-100lbs rarely
- Push/pull up to 50-75lbs
- Must be able to use hands repetitively
- Must be able to work in 35-40 degrees environments
- Ability to tolerate the smell of raw meat, cheese, and various spices
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to be flexible and responsive to changing production needs
- Knowledgeable on basic mathematical skills
- Must be able to follow verbal and written directions
