Quality Control Responsibilities:
- Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Identify, document, and report defects or inconsistencies in materials or finished products.
- Maintain accurate inspection and testing records.
- Communicate effectively with production and management teams regarding quality issues and improvements.
- Perform routine checks and audits throughout the production process.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Follow all safety and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements for Quality Control:
- Previous experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid math and measurement skills to ensure product accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
