Position Title: Quality Inspector - 1st Shift
Wage: $17.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm
As a Quality Inspector with our client in Plover, WI, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety, precision, and performance. You’ll inspect materials and finished goods for defects, verify compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:
- Inspect product for defects, damage, and imperfections
- Be assertive when a quality issue arises
- Gather data to resolve quality-related issues
- Work with supervision and the account teams to resolve quality issues
- Follow all documented processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate and thorough record keeping
- Ensure quality requirements meet or exceed customer requirements
- Assist in continuous improvement
- Cross-train in any departmental quality areas as needed
Requirements for Quality Inspector:
- Ability to communicate and work well with others at all levels of the organization, with customers and with auditors effectively and professionally
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialized software for position
- Ability to understand general business concepts and apply them when communicating with diverse groups of people when completing work assignments
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand, bend and twist throughout shift
