Position Title: Quality Assurance
Wage: $21.65 - $24.62/hour
Shift: 12 Hour Nights
Hours: 6:00pm - 6:30am

Quality Assurance Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and store inspection reports and sample retentions for review
- Interpret work instructions, product drawings and product requirements
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications
- Maintain calibration of quality control equipment and perform inspections across all stages of production as per instructions
- Perform Airborne Particulate Testing to validate cleanroom air quality
- Perform testing on products using X-rite, Ruler, Micrometer, Burst Tester, Seal Strength Tester, Peel Strength Tester, Liquid Particulate Testing, TAPPI Chart and other quality equipment
- Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
- Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly
- Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
Requirements for Quality Assurance:
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control
- Solid understanding of test equipment like micrometer, seal tester, Lighthouse 3016, LPS tester, X-rite
- Strong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
