Position Title: QA Admin
Wage: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:00am-6:00pm (Mon-Fri with some Sat)

QA Admin Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure a safe and healthy workplace by following all safety policies and procedures.
- Adhere to GMPs and regulatory guidelines (USDA, FSIS, FDA, customer requirements).
- Attend and participate in safety and quality meetings/trainings.
- Review daily production paperwork for accuracy
- Use SAP to enter COA data, release quarantined product, and provide customer documentation.
- Notify drivers of product release as needed (SSL Tankers).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of testing and work performed.
- Perform general office duties such as filing and organizing documents.
QA Admin Requirements:
- Able to stand and sit for long periods of time throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Able to bend, push, twist, and kneel throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Candidates must have a proven track record of several years of solid work history. Please include details of your work experience on your resume.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure by using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percentage. Draw and interpret bar graphs.

- Intermediate skill of Microsoft Suite Applications – Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute preferred.
