QPS Employment Group has a great Laborer position available at a company in Quincy, IL. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.Â
Laborer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Load and unload rims and wheel components from production lines.
- Move products and materials throughout the facility.
- Perform visual inspections to verify quality standards.
- Support production operations and maintain a clean work area.
Laborer Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift.
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and repetitive movements.
- Ability to grip, push, pull, and manipulate materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to consistently lift 75–100 pounds depending on position and department.
- Ability to work in hot, loud, and physically demanding environments.
- Ability to read blueprints and production documentation.
