Production Washer Responsibilities:
- Use cleaning solutions to remove dirt, oils and reside from metal surfaces
- Check parts for defects, contamination, or irregularities before and after washing to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate washing equipment
- Dry parts and prepare for assembly
- Maintain a clean work environment; dispose of waste properly
- Document completed work, reporting any issues with equipment or products
Requirements for Production Washer:
- High School Diploma
- Able to use precision measuring instruments preferred
- Able to read and write in English
- Able to lift 25lbs occasionally
- Able to stand / walk for 8+ hours a day
- Able to bend and twist as required
- Able to withstand humid/hot weather in summer months
