QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available in Production at a company in West Burlington, IA. This is a contract to hire position for 1st or 2nd shift. Apply today!
Production Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly-type function using hand or power tools
- Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or fasteners
- Work at a different work stations as production needs required
- Identify parts used on their assigned product line, and their placement location on the product itself
- Maintain work area in clean, safe and orderly manner
- Use pallet jack to move product
Requirements for Production:
- Able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively throughout shift
- Able to stand for a 10 hour shift
- Able to work in a hot environment
- Able to work with others
- Basic skills of hand held power tools and measurement devices
- Able to write and verbally communicate with other employees and supervisor
- Able to multi-task while working in fast paced environment
