Production Responsibilities:
- Maintaining area, equipment, and personal sanitation
- Inspecting and cleaning cheese
- Operating cutters and lifting equipment
- Reviewing order specifications closely to perform quality checks
- Entering data on production reports
- Operating handheld scanners and pallet trucks
Requirements for Production:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in cool environments (50-60 degrees)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
