QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity for a Production position at a company in Monroe, WI. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire.Â
Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clean and sanitize cheese racks and forms.
- Form and brine cheese according to the daily recipe.Â
- Flip cheese to ensure even knitting of curd.
- Confirm piece count of forms on presses and tables.
- Adhere to ERU food safety policies and all government food safety and sanitation regulations (FDA, HACCP, GMP, OSHA).
Production Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours and walk with frequent bending, twisting pushing and squatting throughout shift.
- Must be able to bend and lift 50lbs throughout the entire shift.Â
- Must be able to see naturally or with correction.
- Ability to work in a faced paced work environment.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers.
- Basic computer skills including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi- task and prioritize under pressure.
