QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Production position at a company in Manitowoc, WI. This is a potential to hire position for all shifts. Apply now!
Production Responsibilities:
- To assist in the preparation of quality baked breads and buns by working on the production line.
- Load conveyor belts by placing pans of unbaked breads or buns from racks to lines to be taken to ovens.
- Remove pans from lines and space them out on lines.
- Assure quality in the end result.
- Use of scraper to clean out machines if excess dough.
- Inspection of finished products
- Push racks/carts to sauna to get ready to be sent to bake.
- Making sure lines are running correctly, that bread/buns are not being damaged while coming out of pans.
- Contribute to team efforts and assist as needed.
- General cleaning of work area.
Requirements for Production:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Experience in production is desired.
- Must have strong math skills.
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Ability to push bread/bun trays.
- Ability to lift 15lbs repetitively.
- Ability to occasionally lift or push 50lbs.
- Ability to operate hoist to help.
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop as needed.
