Production Responsibilities:
- Load conveyor belts by placing pans of unbaked breads or buns from racks to lines to be taken to ovens
- Remove pans from lines and space them out on lines
- Assure quality in the end result
- Use of scraper to clean out machines if excess dough
- Inspection of finished products
- Push racks/carts to sauna to get ready to be sent to bake
- Making sure lines are running correctly, that bread/buns are not being damaged while coming out of pans
- Contribute to team efforts and assist as needed
- General cleaning of work area
Requirements For Production:
- Ability to push bread/bun trays
- Ability to lift 15lbs repetitively
- Ability to occasionally lift or push 50lbs
- Ability to operate hoist to help
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop as needed
- High School Diploma preferred
- Experience in production is desired
- Must have strong math skills
- Must be able to read and write English
