QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Production role for a company in Franklin, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with food production and packaging operations on the production line
- Load and unload products onto conveyors, trays, or pallets
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package finished goods according to company specifications
- Label, stack, and prepare products for shipment or storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and sanitation standards
- Follow all company safety procedures and food safety regulations
- Communicate production concerns or equipment issues to supervisors
- Support additional departments or production areas as needed
Production Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
- Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and repetitive movements
- Ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working in warm or refrigerated production environments depending on department
- Must be able to speak and read Spanish
- Must have own reliable transportation
