Production Responsibilities:
- Assemble sandwiches, salads, entrees and desserts
- Follow daily production schedule
- Adhere to and comply with all food safety, food quality and GMP policies
- Support line changeovers
- Complete required paperwork
Requirements for Production:
- Able to stand for the duration of the shift (6-9 hours)
- Able to occasionally lift, push and pull up to 40lbs
- Able to occasionally reach above shoulder level
- Able to perform continuous and repetitive arm, wrist, and hand movements
- Able to read, write and comprehend instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
