Position Title: Production Associate – 12 Hour Shifts
Wage: $20.58/hour
Shift: Rotating 12 Hours
Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm or 6:00pm - 6:00am (Rotating 2-2-3 Every Two Weeks)

Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of product packaging for the assigned work cell
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
- Communicate quality and packaging concerns to Supervisors or Managers promptly
- Assist with tasks like making spools, restocking supplies, and packaging finished goods
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas
Requirements for Production Associate:
- Ability to perform highly repetitive or short cycle work.
- Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
- Reliable, eager to learn, and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Basic mathematical skills and knowledge of hand tools
