Production Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in placing dough on the production line to ensure proper flow and consistency.
- Refill flour sifters as needed to ensure continuous and smooth dough production.
- Work with fillings, including portioning and preparing them for use in production.
- Assist in smashing and shaping the dough to meet product specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Place finished sheet pans on racks and ensure they are correctly handled.
Production Associate Requirements:
- Standing 10+ hours.
- Lifting up to 30lbs.
- Working in warm conditions.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
