Position Title: Production Associate/MFPSS

Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday

Production Associate/MFPSS Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform visual initial inspections of unpacked parts to identify surface defects or damage and communicate issues to relevant personnel
- Document packaging methods to ensure parts are protected during shipping
- Pack customer parts following specific requirements and internal instructions, ensuring proper organization and handling
- Select and organize appropriate racks, fixtures, and packaging materials for efficient processing
- Place parts accurately, considering characteristics, customer specifications, and industry standards, while ensuring electrical contact when necessary
- Secure parts onto racks carefully to prevent scratches or markings, and verify the racking process is consistent with established methods
- Team lift racks onto lifting equipment and dry/clean parts post-processing
Production Associate/MFPSS Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Capable of handling parts of varying sizes and weights with strength and care
