QPS Employment Group has a great Production Associate position available at a company in Fond du Lac, WI. This is a 2nd and 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire.
Production Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with placing dough on the production line to maintain proper flow and consistency.
- Refill flour sifters as needed to support continuous dough production.
- Work with fillings, including portioning and preparing them for production.
- Assist with smashing and shaping dough according to product specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Place finished sheet pans onto racks and ensure they are handled properly.
Production Associate Requirements:
- Standing for 8 hours.
- Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Working in warm conditions.
- Working in a fast-paced environment.
