Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety and actively support company safety initiatives
- Inspect production processes and ensure product quality meets standards
- Accurately label, tape, date, and move cartons
- Adjust operating parameters to ensure production goals are met
- Work effectively with the team to achieve daily production targets
Requirements For Production Associate:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong team orientation, with a positive and proactive attitude
- Enjoy performing repetitive tasks with focus and accuracy
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is a plus
