Production - Assembly Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assemble small cylinders formed from corrugated metal
- Accurately position and shape components using hand-eye coordination
- Hold assemblies in place while machinery performs riveting and adhesion processes
- Insert rubber gaskets into completed cylinders prior to packaging
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Assist with packaging and palletizing finished goods as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Production - Assembly Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety guidelines
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attendance and punctuality are required; reliable daily attendance is critical during the potential-to-hire period
